Hello, I'm Conny – practically raised on a boat and a passionate sailor through and through. I'm a professional skipper and sailing instructor. For many years, I've sailed the world's oceans and gained invaluable experience in a wide variety of sailing areas. Sailing means enthusiasm, freedom, and responsibility to me, and of course, team spirit – and it's precisely this attitude that I want to share in my courses and training sessions.

With over 50,000 nautical miles of experience, four years on my own boat, and my work in FB2 and FB3 training, I know what really matters in practice – whether it's harbor maneuvers, long-distance sailing, or radio communication. As an RYA Yachtmaster Offshore, Instructor, and Head of the Skipper Training Center, it's important to me to convey knowledge in a clear and practical way, so you feel comfortable and safe on the water.

My courses focus on mutual growth – it's about practicing and learning from mistakes, because that's how true understanding develops. It's important to me that everyone feels comfortable, can ask questions, and enjoys experimenting. This creates an atmosphere where learning comes easily and self-confidence grows – whether it's during the first training flight or the first radio transmission.
